Client Coaching Planner Demo Version

The Client Coaching Planner is where you coach your clients. You can use it interactively online by sharing your screen, or run it on your laptop or tablet in a face-to-face meeting, or even print it off and use it that way.

(As well as being a great coaching tool it is a great sales tool, demonstrating to a prospect the real value you are going to deliver and how it will work.)

The first tab, Roadmap, is a graphical representation of the coaching process. It shows the key deliverables and the dependencies between them. This is the place where most conversations will take place. (BusinessCoachKit is based on systemisation coaching for growth businesses.)

The next tab, Progress, is where you record and update the results of those conversations. Each row matches a deliverable on the Roadmap. You can toggle the Status indicators (red/amber/green) to show the areas that require attention and the Priority indicators to show the order in which you are going to help your client address these issues. This gives your client a simple, visible action plan for their business.

The Guidance link provides you with a brief note for each deliverable; what they are and why they are important. This can help you and your client evaluate priorities.

The Resources link gives you a list of guidelines, templates and tools relevant to the deliverable. These can be displayed and discussed with the client or used by you to prepare for meetings and assist clients to complete actions after meetings.  Each tab also has a resource search box that displays a list of guidelines, tools, templates, workshops and seminars that match your search term.

The Notes tab is for you to record the key points and actions from each meeting. The note can be emailed to the client afterwards.

The Client tab is where you hold details about the client. Their email address is necessary for the Notes email functionality to work; the monthly fee, start and end dates help you forecast your coaching income in the Coach Portal; the client objectives field allows you and your client to stay focused on their objectives for working with you.
